Meditation in the Park: JULY 31

Everyone needs a chance to chill, forget about the cares of the day, and feel refreshed. Participate in a free mediation in the park class offered by the city. It will take place outdoors at St. James Park in San Jose from noon until 1pm. Mediation is a centuries’ old, peaceful practice designed reduce stress, increase self-awareness, boost happiness and joy, improve focus, and be good to yourself. If you can’t make it to this class, try the Calm app or Headspace app. From the convenience of your smart device, you can experience a compassionate and informative mediation led by experts. Mindfulness is a wonderful tool to navigate today’s busy world.
